Designation: Trade Marketing Specialist Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and plans in alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and optimize product placement and promotions.
· Create engaging POS (Point of Sale) materials, displays, and merchandising solutions to enhance brand visibility and drive product trial and purchase.
· Conduct regular market visits to evaluate trade marketing effectiveness, gather competitor insights, and identify areas for improvement.
· Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on promotional activities and campaigns.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to drive collaboration and support brand initiatives.
· Provide training and support to the sales team on trade marketing strategies, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and other relevant KPIs to track the success of trade marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG Beauty industry.
· Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive informed decisions.
· Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
· Willingness to travel extensively across India as needed.
