Location: Warehouse

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products. This position is vital in ensuring that our contract manufacturer aligns with our quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements. Your primary focus will be on quality control, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control: Monitor the production processes at our contract manufacturer to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

2. Compliance: Ensure that all products meet regulatory and industry standards.

3. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product quality. 

4. Supplier Evaluation: Assess and evaluate our contract manufacturer's performance, making recommendations for improvements or changes if necessary.

5. Quality Documentation: Maintain and update quality control documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and batch records.

6. Testing and Inspection: Oversee product testing and inspection processes to validate product quality and safety.

7. Audits: Plan and conduct quality audits of the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.

8. Risk Assessment: Identify potential quality issues and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks.

9. Training: Train manufacturing staff on quality control procedures and other relevant topics.

10.Reporting: Provide regular reports on quality performance, compliance, and any deviations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology). Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or wellness industry

• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, taking initiative and ownership of quality processes.

• Knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices is an advantage.
