Designation: Finance Executive

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts

receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis, ensuring

compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial close processes, including 

reconciliations and adjustments.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner, ensuring 

accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics and provide regular reporting and 

analysis to management.

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, compliance filings, and other regulatory reporting 

requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems, such as QuickBooks, 

SAP, Tally
