Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate brand goals, products & ethics to meaningful & micro-audiences.
  2. Onboard, engage & nurture a community of 'Real' customers & creators who love the brand.
  3. Understanding of consumer behavior, shopping patterns & analytics
  4. Align with Leadership to understand their goals & implement seamlessly.
  5. Create & execute monthly calendars.
  6. Penchant for talking to people, empathy & quickest problem solving.
  7. Building community through WhatsApp, Facebook, Quora, RWA events, influencer meets, and Customer meets.
  8. Organizing Ayurveda awareness sessions and help increasing the community base, driving engagement and sales.


  • Love being online 24*7.
  • Proficient in Hindi & English, any other language is a cherry on the cake.
  • Excel & MS office knowledge
  • Born to work in a super-fast paced startup.
  • Understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & YouTube
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement engaging initiatives.
