No side effect. I am using this as regular basis. Pls dont exceed the recommended dose.even 2 to 3 sprays can work. Like sleeping pills this does not make as drowsy or week. the side effects in the long run ? no body knows.i suggest to take this two hours after meal.monitor your blood pressure and sugar.
