  • If you are someone who doesn’t have Fish in their diet, make sure to take the capsule every day. If you are a fish eater, you can skip the days you eat Fish.

  • As per Ayurveda, fish and milk interaction is contraindicated as it makes up for an incompatible food combination. Hence avoid taking a fish oil capsule if having milk. Keep a gap of at least 2 hours.
