Role: MIS Sales Coordinator

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to sales officers (SO), customers and territory sales in charge (TSI) to track sales orders

2. Coordinate with the sales team to collect and update relevant information regarding sales orders, customer inquiries, and product availability and maintain records of sales transactions, including orders, invoices, and payments

3. Facilitate sales communication and coordination with the team to ensure timely collection of required data

4. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations

5. Establish a review mechanism based on daily, weekly, and fortnightly requirements of the sales leaders.

6. Develop, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems to support commercial operations.

7. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

9. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into commercial performance. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the MIS. 


Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• 1- 3 Years of experience working with MIS in a commercial or business intelligence role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
