Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager who is passionate about crafting engaging content and building meaningful connections with our audience. excel in creating and executing social media strategies across various platforms and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving engagement across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a dynamic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content (text, image, video) to resonate with our audience.
  • Define and track key social media KPIs, delivering regular performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Monitor SEO, optimize content, and stay current with social media trends to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Facilitate customer service, responding effectively to customer inquiries and complaints to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Forge connections with influencers and industry professionals to expand our reach and credibility

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 Years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and SEO principles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Familiarity with the millennial and Gen Z demographics, and an understanding of their preferences and behaviors.
  • Creativity in delivering compelling content that drives engagement and conversions
