Responsibilities:
· As an Offline Activations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing and managing offline marketing and promotional campaigns for our products/services. You will be responsible for planning and implementing offline activations, events, and initiatives to create brand awareness, acquire new customers, and engage with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute offline events, workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to create a buzz around our brand and products.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador during events, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image is projected to customers and partners.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and potential clients through offline channels, including sponsorships, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Collateral Development: Work with the marketing team to create offline marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from offline activations to assess their impact and effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to improve future offline campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for offline activations and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align offline activations with overall company goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in planning and executing offline marketing events and activations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and unique offline campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
