Exports Manager should be smart, proactive and with business attitude. We are looking for a leader who can run the show independently. The role is summarized in but not limiting to the pointers below.
· Plan & manage exports of shipments. Direct optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
· Responsible for Export Documentation, letter of credit documentation, coordination with CHA, Shipping Company, Custom and Dock, DGFT and other departments related to Exports.
· Lead negotiation and contract discussions with international partners to establish mutually beneficial terms, pricing, and distribution agreements.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels across international markets to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to adapt marketing materials and product offerings to suit the preferences and regulations of different international markets.
· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and any relevant documentation for the successful export of products.
· Provide regular reports and analysis on international sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of export coordinators to execute export operations smoothly and efficiently.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline export processes, logistics, and customer service support for international customers.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Proven track record of 5+ years in international sales and exports management within the beauty and wellness industry.
· In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships at various levels.
