Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Head of eCommerce to lead our online sales and presence across multiple marketplaces. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing online sales and growth, ensuring our brand is represented consistently and effectively in the digital realm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy to drive growth across various online marketplaces.
  • Oversee the management of the online product catalogue, including product setup, product availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace partners, ensuring optimal brand presence and performance.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on emerging eCommerce trends and technologies and apply them to increase competitive advantage.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in web analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic focus.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree would be preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or a similar role, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales and growing an eCommerce business.
