We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Lead to join our team at T.A.C, a leading brand in the Beauty and Wellness industry. As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and contribute to the growth of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and brand objectives of T.A.C. Identify target audience personas, conduct market research, and create content plans that resonate with our target audience.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling and engaging content across various channels, including but not limited to blogs, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, aligned with brand voice and guidelines, and tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Storytelling and Brand Messaging: Develop a strong brand narrative and ensure consistent brand messaging across all content touchpoints. Tell captivating stories that effectively communicate our brand values, product benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Content Distribution: Implement effective content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Utilize various channels and platforms, such as social media, influencers, email marketing, and partnerships, to amplify content and increase brand visibility.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to align content creation and publication schedules.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse content performance using relevant analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage a team of content creators providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing managers, designers, and product managers, to gather input and ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
- Industry Trends and Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in content marketing. Conduct competitive analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities to differentiate our brand.
- SEO and Keyword Strategy: Collaborate with SEO specialists to incorporate keyword research and optimization techniques into content creation. Ensure content is search engine friendly and contributes to improving organic search rankings.
- Brand Advocacy and Engagement: Build relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and industry experts to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop partnerships and collaborations to create compelling co-branded content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Additional certifications in content marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a lead or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to adapt writing style to different platforms, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media platforms. Experience with SEO and keyword research tools is a plus.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategies.
